Bradford County’s voting tabulation vendor, Election Systems and Software, is based out of Omaha, Nebraska and services more than 4,000 election offices in 39 states and four countries.
Our voters have always voted on a paper ballot, but began utilizing Optical Scan technology in 1994.

Bradford County also offers the ES&S ExpressVote ballot-marking device with an audio ballot for voters with disabilities.
